Who we are

This website and the Studio Toolkit membership are provided by Ten Cups Co. ("Ten Cups Co.", "we", "us"). When you use our site or buy a membership, you are entering into an agreement with Ten Cups Co.

Accepting these terms

By using our website, creating an account, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to form a contract, and if you sign up for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

What we provide

Ten Cups Co. provides digital marketing and business resources for wellbeing businesses, including editable templates, captions, guides, business documents, and an AI marketing assistant for members.

Your account

Please give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

License to use our templates

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize our materials for your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim our materials as your own design products.

Your license is tied to your membership. If your membership ends for any reason before you have been a member for 90 days, your license is revoked and you must stop using and delete any templates and content you downloaded. Once you have been a member for 90 days or more, you keep a lifetime license for the templates and content ideas you received during your membership, for your own private business use only. That lifetime license never includes the right to resell, share, or redistribute our materials, in original or modified form.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including:

  • using them for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property
  • interfering with security, including malware, probing, or scraping
  • reverse engineering or getting around technical limits

AI marketing assistant

Members may use our AI assistant, which generates suggestions automatically. You are responsible for what you type in, for having the rights to anything you share, and for checking any output and how you use it. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use it to create illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to attempt to bypass its safeguards. We may filter outputs, remove content, or restrict access to keep the service safe. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it; repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

Ownership

Ten Cups Co. owns the website, templates, software, documentation, and branding. Your own content (your logo, photos, and text) stays yours.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellations are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period.

Service availability

We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our services are provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ten Cups Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.

Privacy Notice

Ten Cups Co. is the data controller for personal information collected through this website, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

  • Name, email, and business type from the waitlist, to send updates about the Studio Toolkit and the free sample pack when it’s ready (consent).
  • Account details such as email and login credentials, to create and run your account (contract).
  • Assistant conversations, to provide and save your chat history (contract).
  • Support messages, to help you (contract and legitimate interests).
  • Technical data such as IP address, device, and usage information, for security and to improve the site (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host our site, store data, send email, and power the AI assistant
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax, and invoicing
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers
  • Authorities, when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.

Security

We use appropriate safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net or contact us. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your paid period. If your membership ends before 90 days, whether by cancellation or refund, your license to use downloaded templates ends with it (see the license terms above).
