Offer building

Build an offer people can say yes to

A useful offer makes it easy for the right client to understand who it is for, what happens, and what it costs. You do not need an elaborate program to begin.

Week 1: listen to your clients

Write down the questions people ask before they book and what they hope will feel different afterward. Talk with a few past clients or interested leads. Choose one specific audience and one realistic outcome rather than promising to solve everything.

Week 2: design the experience

Outline the steps between inquiry and completion. For example: an intake conversation, four sessions, a short action note after each, and one check-in. Set the length, response times, rescheduling rules, and boundaries before you name the offer.

Calculate your price from delivery time, preparation, administration, expenses, and the margin you need. A package should be sustainable for you as well as helpful for the client. You can pilot it with a small group before making it permanent.

Week 3: write a clear invitation

Start with who it helps and the specific situation they are in. Then say what is included, format, duration, price, payment terms, and next step. For example: “For busy people who want a steadier evening routine, this four-week coaching series pairs weekly conversations with small practices to try at home.” Keep outcomes truthful and within your qualifications.

Week 4: show your approach

Share a frequently asked question, a small piece of useful advice, and a look at how you work. Ask your audience what would make support easier to use. Never share a client story without permission or imply everyone gets the same results.

Week 5: open the invitation

Only announce when your booking process and availability are ready. Email interested people first, then share publicly. Explain who it suits, the schedule, price, and a direct booking link. If you set a deadline or a limited number of places, make sure it is real.

Week 6: follow through

Answer questions personally and honestly. After booking, send a welcome note covering the first appointment, preparation, boundaries, and contact details. Check in during and after delivery, and use feedback to improve the next version.

Check local professional, advertising, and cancellation rules for your service. For the policies and client forms around your offer, use our business management checklist.
