Social media management

Social media management for wellbeing businesses

You started your business to work with people, not to post every day. Here is a gentle system that keeps your social media consistent without taking over your week.

1. Decide what your social media is for

Most wellbeing businesses need social media to do three jobs: help new people find you, help them trust you, and remind current clients to book again. Every post can serve one of those three jobs. If a post does none of them, skip it.

2. Choose three content pillars

Pillars are the recurring themes you rotate through. For most studios and practitioners these work well:

  • Teach: a tip, a stretch, a breathing practice, a myth explained.
  • Show: your space, your schedule, the person behind the work.
  • Invite: a class, a package, a workshop, a new client offer.

A sauna and cold plunge space might teach contrast therapy basics, a coach might teach a reframe, a massage therapist might teach a desk stretch. The structure stays the same.

3. Batch once a month

Set aside one block of time each month. Write captions for every post, pick or create the graphics, and schedule them. Batching is the single biggest difference between people who stay consistent and people who burn out.

4. Pick a realistic rhythm

Three posts a week, every week, does more than daily posting for two weeks followed by silence. Choose a rhythm you could keep during your busiest season.

5. Reuse what works

A helpful post can become a carousel, a short video, an email, and a story. Look at what got saves and replies last month, then make more of that.

6. Keep a short weekly check in

Spend fifteen minutes a week replying to comments and messages. Conversations are where followers become clients.
